7 Brew serves four cup sizes: Kids, Small (16 oz iced / 12 oz hot), Medium (24 oz iced / 16 oz hot), and Large (32 oz iced / 20 oz hot). The medium is the most-ordered size and the best value — roughly 50% more drink than a small for about $0.75 more. Hot drinks always come in smaller cups than iced.

The Lineup

7 Brew Cup Sizes at a Glance

Small = 16 oz iced / 12 oz hot. Medium = 24 oz iced / 16 oz hot. Large = 32 oz iced / 20 oz hot. Kids ≈ 10–12 oz iced. Espresso shots per size: 1 (kids), 2 (small), 2 (medium), 4 (large).
Size Iced Hot Espresso Shots Caffeine
Kids ≈10–12 oz ≈8 oz 1 shot ≈60 mg
Small 16 oz 12 oz 2 shots 120 mg
Medium 24 oz 16 oz 2 shots 120 mg
Large 32 oz 20 oz 4 shots 240 mg
Two surprises

Hot cups run a full size smaller than iced — a medium hot (16 oz) holds the same as a small iced. And a medium has the same two espresso shots as a small — you’re paying for more milk and ice, not more coffee.

7 Brew doesn’t publish cup ounces on its own site. Figures above are cross-checked across Brewista-reported cup printings (menu.7brewcoffee-menus.com), barista training materials (Docsity), and fan guides. Kids-cup ounces vary slightly by stand (≈10–12 oz).

Cold Drinks

Iced Drink Sizes Explained

Iced is 7 Brew’s default — most energy drinks, fizzes, teas, lemonades, and iced coffees are ordered cold, so these are the sizes you’ll use most.

Kids — ≈10–12 ozThe smallest cup, meant for caffeine-free drinks: smoothies, shakes, lemonades, fizzes.
Small — 16 ozA standard single serving. Ideal for trying a new drink without committing.
Medium — 24 ozThe sweet spot and the most-ordered size at 7 Brew. Substantial, still finishable.
Large — 32 ozGenuinely huge — bigger than Starbucks’ largest standard cold size (Trenta, 30 oz).

Ice displaces liquid

A 24 oz iced medium with regular ice holds noticeably less liquid than 24 oz. Ask for light ice if you want maximum drink for your money.

Hot Drinks

Hot Drink Sizes Explained

Hot drinks run one full size smaller than iced across the board — hot builds are mostly steamed milk and espresso with no ice displacement, so the same amount of drink needs less cup.

Kids — ≈8 ozHot chocolate and steamed-milk drinks for kids.
Small — 12 ozRoughly a standard coffee-shop small.
Medium — 16 ozThe same volume as a small iced.
Large — 20 ozThe biggest hot cup — still 12 oz less than a large iced.

Winter ordering rule

Switching a favorite from iced to hot? Order one size up — a medium iced drinker should order a large hot for a comparable amount.

What You’ll Pay

7 Brew Sizes and Prices

Every 7 Brew stand is franchised and sets its own prices — treat these as typical prices, not a national menu. Mediums generally run $4–$8 depending on the drink, and each step up in size adds about $0.75–$1.00.
Size Typical Price Range Example: Blondie
Kids ≈$3.50–$4.50 —
Small ≈$4.50–$5.75 ≈$5.46
Medium ≈$5.25–$6.50 ≈$6.11
Large ≈$6.00–$7.50 ≈$6.96
The value math

A medium iced is about 50% more drink than a small for roughly $0.75 more — the best volume-per-dollar on the menu. Going large adds another ~33% volume for ~$0.75–$1.00.

Paid extras (on top of size price)

Extra espresso shot≈$0.75–$1.00
Alt milks (oat/almond/coconut)≈$0.75
Cold foam / drizzle≈$0.50–$0.75
Flavor syrups (incl. sugar-free)Free — complex secret-menu builds cost nothing extra

Price ranges compiled from fan-reported stand prices (menu.7brewcoffee-menus.com); Blondie reference prices from our Blondie guide. Confirm at your stand — prices are estimates.

Caffeine

Espresso Shots and Caffeine by Size

Brewistas count espresso in “dubs” — double shots. A small or medium gets 1 dub (2 shots); a large gets 2 dubs (4 shots); the kids cup gets a single shot.

Size Espresso Shots Caffeine (latte/breve)
Kids 1 shot ≈60 mg
Small 2 shots (1 dub) 120 mg
Medium 2 shots (1 dub) 120 mg
Large 4 shots (2 dubs) 240 mg
Caffeine-per-dollar winner

Small and medium have identical caffeine (120 mg) — the medium just adds milk, ice, and syrup. If caffeine-per-dollar is your metric, a small is the smartest buy on the menu. Want more kick in a medium? Add an extra shot (≈$0.75–$1.00) instead of sizing up.

Shot counts from 7 Brew barista training Q&A (Docsity); caffeine figures cross-checked with 7 Brew’s official June 2026 nutrition guide (see our Blondie nutrition tables). Applies to espresso drinks; energy, tea, and fizz follow their own caffeine ladders.

Recommendations

What Size Should You Get?

Small — the taster’s sizeTrying a new drink, or want the full 120 mg caffeine at the lowest price. Best caffeine-per-dollar.
Medium — the defaultBest value per ounce and the most-ordered size. Your regular drink lives here. When in doubt, order medium.
Large — the long-haul sizeRoad trips, desk days, or splitting. Remember: 32 oz iced is a commitment, and 240 mg caffeine is double the medium.
Kids — the caffeine-free sizeSmoothies, shakes, lemonades, fizzes for kids. Note: kids cups don’t earn Rewards points (app & rewards guide).

No — hot cups run one full size smaller. A medium hot (16 oz) holds the same as a small iced, and a large hot (20 oz) is 12 oz less than a large iced (32 oz). Ordering hot for winter? Go one size up from your usual iced.

Kids: 1 shot; Small: 2 shots; Medium: 2 shots; Large: 4 shots. Brewistas call a double shot a “dub” — smalls and mediums get 1 dub, larges get 2.

Because the medium gets more milk, ice, and syrup — not more espresso. Both have 2 shots (120 mg). Only the large jumps to 4 shots (240 mg).

The medium iced: about 50% more drink than a small for roughly $0.75 more. For caffeine-per-dollar, though, the small wins — same 120 mg as the medium for less money.

The medium (24 oz iced). It’s the default recommendation and the size most regulars order.

Yes — each step up adds roughly $0.75–$1.00, but every stand is franchised and sets its own prices, so confirm locally. Mediums typically run $4–$8 depending on the drink.

Almost. Most drinks come in all four sizes, but some formats have practical limits — and kids cups are intended for caffeine-free drinks. When in doubt, the medium works for everything.
